Privacy Policy

At Swippe, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle information — which is minimal by design.

No Personal Data Collection

Swippe is a client-side unit converter. All conversions happen directly in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information — no names, email addresses, passwords, or account data of any kind.

No Cookies

We do not use cookies, session storage, or any form of persistent tracking. There are no login systems, user accounts, or preference settings that would require local storage.

Privacy-Respecting Analytics

We use OneDollarStats, a GDPR-compliant analytics tool that collects only aggregated, non-personal usage statistics: referring URL, most-viewed pages, session length, device type, operating system, browser, and country. No personally identifiable information is gathered — no IP addresses are stored, no fingerprinting occurs, and no data is shared with advertisers. All analytics data remains anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual visitors.

Third-Party Services

We rely on two carefully chosen services to operate the site:

  • Cloudflare — provides CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process visitor metadata (IP address, browser type) as part of request routing and security. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy .
  • OneDollarStats — privacy-first, GDPR-compliant analytics. It processes only aggregated, non-personal metrics as described above. See OneDollarStats’ Privacy Policy .

We do not load any advertising networks, social media widgets, or other tracking scripts. All core assets (fonts, styles, scripts) are self-hosted.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Swippe is deployed as a static site on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process visitor metadata (such as IP address and browser type) in standard server access logs for security, performance, and operational purposes. These logs are retained per Cloudflare’s data processing terms and are not used by Swippe for profiling or marketing.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
